Construction Administrator / Structural Inspector
Rich is a partner with the firm. He has more than thirty-four
(34) years of experience in providing construction administration
on multiple institutional, municipal, industrial, commercial,
government and residential projects. These projects consist
of building additions, renovations, repairs, as well as new
structures.
Rich completes the construction administration and inspections
for a majority of projects in the office. These services include
construction inspections, shop drawing review and approval,
pile foundation, quality control, and special inspections.
Rich has recently been working with several municipalities
throughout the Hampton Roads area, including City of Hampton,
Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Williamsburg, and James
City County in Special Inspections. Rich and Roland were on
a Committee with City/County Officials to organize and standardize
a Special Inspections Program to be utilized throughout the
Cities and Counties based on the new International Building
Code.
