Adaptive Reuse
McPherson Design Group has completed numerous Historical Projects throughout the years, including preservation, renovation, and adaptive re-use projects. Our firm is very familiar with the review process required by Bureau of Capital Outlay Management (BCOM), Department of Historic Research-State and Local Offices (DHR), State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), local Historic Review Boards, etc. and we have a vast amount of experience in completing adaptive re-use projects.
